The system plans the best stacking pattern for every product, with interlocking layers for a stable load.

A machine vision camera checks the position of every box, so boxes don't need to be perfectly lined up

The pallet is built layer by layer
The robot places each box precisely, building a square, consistent pallet every time.

Completed pallets are released for wrapping and labelling while the next pallet keeps building.
