ARC-X VISION — Laser Seam Tracking System
ARC-X VISION is a laser-based seam tracking system that scans the joint ahead of the weld torch in real time. As the robot moves, VISION detects the actual joint position and profile, then feeds live correction data back to the controller — compensating for part variation, fit-up inconsistency, and thermal distortion during welding.
